Dr Ankan Gupta is a specialist dermatologist and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
He graduated in 2015 and has extensive experience in medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, trichology, and skin cancer. He has worked in leading tertiary referral centres in India and Australia. Dr Gupta completed his specialist dermatology training in India, and subsequently obtained the European Board of Dermatology and Venereology (EBDVD) before becoming a fellow with the College. He has held important academic appointments and has been actively involved in specialist clinics, multidisciplinary care, research, and trainee education.
Dr Gupta has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and several dermatology textbooks. His interests include eczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, immunobullous disorders, paediatric dermatology, and evidence-based therapeutics. He serves on editorial and educational committees and continues to contribute to international dermatology research and education.
