Overview

In 1993 Tanya completed her MBBS with honours at the University of Tasmania. She then completed her intern and resident years at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital before embarking on a Masters of Science in Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital. Her dermatology training was at Royal North Shore Hospital, Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge UK, Prince of Wales Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital. She became a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2001.

In 2003 Tanya undertook a Fellowship in Mohs’ Micrographic Procedure at The Skin Hospital. She worked for many years as a Dermatologist & Mohs’ Practitioner at Royal North Shore Hospital and currently is a Moh’s surgeon at The Skin Hospital, Darlinghurst.

Her special interest is in the surgical management of recurrent or difficult skin cancers.
