Quality and safety at The Skin Hospital

At The Skin Hospital, clinical governance is our way of making sure you receive the safest, highest-quality care possible. It means we have clear systems and standards in place to guide how our doctors, nurses, and staff work together, learn, and continually improve. From infection control and treatment safety to staff training and patient feedback, clinical governance helps us ensure that every decision we make puts your wellbeing first.

Our patient resources

We want all patients and carers to feel informed and supported at every stage of their care. You may also wish to view our patient resources page which brings together useful information, guides, and resources to help you prepare for appointments, understand your treatment, and manage your ongoing skin health with confidence.

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which The Skin Hospital operates. For thousands of years, these lands have been cared for by Indigenous communities and their ancestors. We recognise and appreciate their ongoing connection to Country, culture, and community. We also pay our respects to the elders, past and present, of these communities, as well as to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who have contributed to the cultural heritage of this country.
