Dr Gilberto Moreno Bonilla is a qualified dermatologist, originally graduating from Rosario University, Columbia in 2003. After this, he achieved recognition from the Australian Medical Council in 2006 for conducting clinical trials in Dermatology research at the University of New South Wales. In 2011, Dr Bonilla completed his Basics Physicians Training and broadened his skills and medical experience through The St Vincents Area Health Network. As part of his Dermatology training, he spent a year in the UK connective tissue disorders and the multi-disciplinary management of skin cancers.

Dr Bonilla is a Mohs Practitioner as The Skin Hospital, Westmead, and a Supervisor of Training.

As well as his practitional work, Dr Gilberto Moreno Bonilla is a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales, committing to the education of Junior Doctors and the research of Dermatology.
