Before booking your appointment, please ensure you have understood the following vaccination requirements based on the type of appointment or treatment you are booking:

• Face to face appointments at our Clinic:
  • You will need to provide evidence of your vaccination status or a valid medical exemption on registration with reception.
  • All unvaccinated patients require a PCR test within 72hrs of their appointment. Any non-urgent appointments will be rescheduled to when a PCR test can be completed.
• Surgical: All surgical patients, regardless of their vaccination status, require a negative PCR test within 72hrs of their surgery appointment.
• UV Clinic: Only vaccinated patients can be accommodated at our UV Clinics.

Children under the age of 16 will be treated based on the vaccination status of their accompanying adult.
