At The Skin Hospital, we deeply value your feedback as it plays a key role in enhancing the quality of care and services we offer. We encourage you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns through a variety of channels.

  • In Person: Feel free to approach any of our team members during your visit. We’re always available to listen to your feedback and address any concerns you may have.
  • Patient Surveys: After your visit, you’ll receive an SMS link to a brief survey where you can share your experience with us.
  • iPads & Suggestion Boxes: For your convenience, we have iPads available for electronic feedback and suggestion boxes for anonymous paper feedback, located in key areas throughout the hospital.
  • Email: You can also reach out to us directly via email at customerexperience@skinhospital.edu.au.
