Dr Papps is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and completed her specialist dermatology training in Sydney, New South Wales, across several leading tertiary institutions, including Royal North Shore Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, Westmead Hospital and The Skin Hospital. She was awarded the prestigious Australasian College of Dermatologists’ Research Scholarship, allowing her to undertake part of her specialist training in Oxford, United Kingdom, where she trained at The Churchill Hospital and John Radcliffe Hospital within the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.
In addition to her metropolitan training, Dr Papps has rural dermatology experience across New South Wales, including Wollongong, Kiama, Nowra and Wagga Wagga. She has presented at international conferences and has contributed to clinical trial research in biologic therapies for eczema, psoriasis and alopecia.
Dr Papps recently returned from London, where she worked as a Consultant Dermatologist in central London at University College London Hospital, leading the melanoma service. During this time, she also undertook advanced training in laser, cosmetic and regenerative dermatology. She currently works as a Visiting Medical Officer at Royal North Shore Hospital. Her clinical focus spans skin cancer, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and regenerative dermatology, with an emphasis on an evidence-based approach to skin health and longevity.
