Overview

Dr. Margit Polcz graduated medical school from the University of Queensland in 2009, following a previous degree in Anatomy and Cell biology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Before her specialist training, Dr. Polcz worked in Queensland as a General Practitioner and participated in several dermatological clinical trials for agents for inflammatory skin disease and skin cancer. She obtained a Masters of Medicine Degree in the area of Skin Cancer from the University of Queensland in 2014.

Dr. Polcz completed her specialist dermatology training in several tertiary hospitals in New South Wales including St. Vincent’s Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital, the Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Polcz has an interest in education and teaching and is a clinical lecturer with the University of Sydney. Her languages include English and French.

Dr. Polcz has a General Dermatology clinic at The Skin Hospital, Westmead.
