Overview

Dr Adam Harris is a Consultant Dermatologist, Mohs Practitioner and fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

His special interests include skin checks and the surgical management of skin cancers.

Dr Harris gained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago in 2010. He completed his internship and residency in New Zealand, Queensland and at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. He then completed a Clinical Research Fellowship in Dermatology at St George Hospital, Sydney and was awarded the Master of Medicine degree from the University of New South Wales for his thesis on epidermolysis bullosa and surgery. Dr Harris completed his specialist dermatology training at the John Hunter Hospital, Concord Hospital and in Griffith, Albury and Port Macquarie. He then completed a two-year fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Skin Hospital, Sydney.

Dr Harris also works as a Visiting Medical Officer at Prince of Wales Public Hospital and does outreach clinics in Walgett, New South Wales.
