At The Skin Hospital, we are dedicated to research and clinical trials that will advance the understanding and treatment of skin disease and skin cancer. We are focused on discoveries that have the power to change lives.

Research with us

At The Skin Hospital, research is one of our three core pillars and a driving force behind our mission to improve dermatologic care. We are dedicated to advancing treatments and outcomes through collaborative, high-quality research partnerships. By working together with clinicians, researchers, and industry, we aim to translate new ideas into meaningful improvements for patients.

If you would like to partner with us to conduct research at The Skin Hospital or you would like to discuss your research ideas please get in touch.

Alternatively, you can complete the Research Proposal Application Form to the right and email the completed form along with supporting documents to research@skinhospital.edu.au. We will contact you shortly to guide you through the next steps.

Research Committee

Research and clinical trials at The Skin Hospital are conducted by a highly qualified and dedicated group of doctors and researchers. All team members have extensive experience and each member delivers the highest standard of service and care to patients throughout the trial process.

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which The Skin Hospital operates. For thousands of years, these lands have been cared for by Indigenous communities and their ancestors. We recognise and appreciate their ongoing connection to Country, culture, and community. We also pay our respects to the elders, past and present, of these communities, as well as to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who have contributed to the cultural heritage of this country.
