Yes, you can, please let us know when booking. Depending on your condition, we may recommend an alternate dermatologist who specialises in your area of concern.

Yes – please advise us at your time of booking if an interpreter will be required. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Fees vary depending on the type of consultation or treatment. Our staff will provide you with an estimate of costs before your appointment.

We are a private specialist facility and generally do not bulk bill. However, Medicare rebates apply to most consultations and procedures if you have a valid referral.

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. As a specialist medical facility, due to our extensive waiting lists, this deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within our required timeframes, this deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. \

For most appointment types, we will require a deposit to secure your appointment. On the day of your consultation, you will be asked to pay the balance of your consultation / treatment fees. We accept EFTPOS or credit cards.

This depends on your condition. Some minor procedures can be performed during your consultation, while others may require a separate appointment or day surgery booking.

Absolutely. We welcome you to bring someone along for support.

As the largest provider of Dermatology Registrar training in NSW, it’s likely at some point during your appointment, you will be seen by a Dermatology Registrar. This is a medical doctor who, after a number of years of post graduate medical practice, has chosen to specialise in the field of dermatology. It’s likely your registrar will review your medical history, understand your skin concerns, and present the case to the Dermatologist when they come in to your appointment.
